We built a custom bridge between Tungsten (formerly Kofax) and SAP. This wasn't just a software install; it was a total workflow redesign.

  • EU: Multi-rate VAT handling at the line level

  • USA: Rapid-fire data entry for high-volume processing

2. Smart Vendor Determination

Why wait for the ERP to respond? We optimised performance by moving vendor determination into the Tungsten layer. By syncing SAP data into Kofax TotalAgility (KTA), we enabled instant vendor identification, ensuring data integrity before the information even reaches the accounting system.

3. Frictionless Exception Management

Errors happen - but they shouldn't cause bottlenecks.

  • Manager Escalation: Complex issues are automatically routed to leadership

  • Vendor Self-Correction: When an invoice is rejected, the system sends an automated, branded email to the vendor explaining exactly what went wrong and how to fix it

The Final Output

Every processed invoice generates a precision-mapped XML file for SAP. But we didn't stop there. All data is archived in a dedicated reporting database, allowing the client to track KPIs, vendor performance, and regional trends in real-time.
